COACHES´ REACTIONS
Anthony Rossdeutsch & Nicholas Streuli (SUI): “We started the game better than the last time we played the Great Britain. We set off with a good pace, scored a few goals early on. They got into the game as time went on, but we managed to come out on top. We had a lot of ups and downs throughout the tournament, if we stayed more consistent, I think we would’ve gotten better results. We often had a slow start, and conceded once or twice which usually killed our momentum for the rest of the game. But we improved every game and today, I think we did well. We’re looking forward to the next year’s tournament and I hope we will do even better.”
Callum West (GBR): „It
started really tough for us, we took too many penalties on which we went
down on the scoreline, we got better as the game went on, we just
couldn’t get to our offensive rhythm. It was a good game, all credit to
the Swiss, they were the better team. Overall, I am really proud of my
team, they battled hard through tough scorelines and opponents.”
