The most successful country in the U18 category is Canada

The 8th World Championship in the U18 category will take place in Žilina on July 4-7, 2024.

Three times the championship in this category took place in the Czech Republic and now it will be the third time hold by Slovakia. Once held in Great Britain and once in Canada.

The most successful country in this category is Canada, they won the gold medal four times. Slovakia won twice and Czech Republic once.

In the number of medal positions Slovakia is in the first place with the Czech Republic. Both countries were in each year on one of the first three places. Canada was on the podium six times and once it was USA players.

In 2024 apart from these four countries, there will be two countries trying to break into medal ranks and it is Great Britan and Switzerland. Due to the unpredictability of junior matches these two countries are not without a chance to break through. We will see it all unfold at the beginning of July in the Slovak city of Žilina.
